Dynamic Care’s Community Participation Program is designed to support NDIS participants to build skills to actively take part in the community. We support you to participate in community, social or recreational activities, and in employment. Our main focus is your wellbeing and personal growth. Our services are tailored to suit your individual needs.

Under our Community Participation Program, you may choose the following opportunities: 

• attending personal development, vocational or educational courses
• joining social groups
• visiting your local library
• going on holidays, camps or outings
• attending movies or concerts
• joining sports clubs
• attending community events
• going to the bank or post office
• going to health or medical appointments.

Under Dynamic Care’s Community Participation Program, you can be provided assistance with transport to and from an activity. We also provide communication support, assistance with completion of activities, or other personal care requirements while you are participating in or attending events.
