Our Support Coordination program helps you to identify and purchase the supports and services you need to achieve your goals. We can identify, develop, coordinate and access supports and services on your behalf, or assist you and your family to access supports and services on your own.

Our dedicated Support Coordination Team can assist you in exploring and choosing the best plan and help you in linking with the community and mainstream supports, such as health services, housing and education. We support you to better understand and navigate the NDIS and empower you to manage your support and funding. We provide our assistance throughout your NDIS plan and aid you with your subsequent NDIS plan when your reviews occur.
